Gary Hoar

Owner / Robotics Specialist

Gary Hoar’s career began with a Welding Engineering Technology diploma and grew through more than 25 years of hands-on experience in robotic welding, automation, maintenance, controls, commissioning, and technical leadership. From supporting weld quality on automotive frames, to troubleshooting robot fleets in production, to developing programming standards and leading automation teams of up to 25 people, Gary has worn nearly every hat in the automation lifecycle.

GEH Robotics Ltd. was built from that experience as a small, owner-operated robotics company. Customers work directly with Gary, receiving practical shop-floor problem solving, engineering discipline, clear communication, and production-focused robot programming support — with the end goal of delivering reliable systems and a positive operator experience.
